ideal spot for exploring vibrant streets and parks

I really enjoyed my stay here because the hotel is a short walk to Plaza Trinidad and the old walled city, allowing me to explore all the rich culture and landmarks that Cartagena has to offer with ease.

Wifi signal weakens outside the room, making it tough to work. The shower only offered extreme temperatures, and the size of the room felt cramped, lacking basic amenities like a table and chair. Breakfast was basic and served outdoors, but the small shading barely protected from the intense sun. Housekeeping doesn't automatically change linens or towels, requiring explicit requests.

Charming getsemani hideaway

My stay at Zana Hotel Boutique was delightful. The location allowed for easy exploration of local shops, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Each morning, I enjoyed a freshly prepared breakfast with a view from the small outdoor hot tub.

However, the room lacked a window which might feel claustrophobic for some. Also, basic amenities like a mini fridge or microwave were missing, which could enhance the experience. Minor nitpick, the bathroom door in my room didn't close completely.

The small hot tub view was nice, but my room was tiny and dark.

staff were utterly useless when I asked to change my towels, saying I had to request it, what a bummer. the wifi is only strong in the rooms, good luck working anywhere else. I expected only the best but was met with a pathetic breakfast of fruit and eggs. woudl ve been great if I'd gotten some special treatment, but alas, nothing.

Had a lovely time with a big room that was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed a refreshing morning dip in the jacuzzi! Relaxing on the sun terrace was a real treat after long days of exploring. Just a heads up, the shower temperature was a bit unpredictable at times, but that didn’t ruin my experience. 😊

Our stay was enjoyable! The location was ideal, making it easy to explore local shops and grab a bite. We loved the rooftop terrace and the small hot tub was a fun perk after wandering around. Breakfast was solid but nothing fancy. We hit the walled city and Plaza Trinidad, both just a stroll away.

However, our room was a bit cramped and dark.

i had a great stay at zana hotel boutique. the location was perfect, right in the heart of getsemani with tons of lively spots around. the staff was super helpful, offering to call us taxis whenever we needed. plus, the small outdoor hot tub with a view was a nice touch after a long day of exploring.

Just a top selection for a weekend adventure in Cartagena with value for money. I enjoyed the friendly service from Norma at breakfast, who always had a smile. Make sure to explore Calle Larga for great food options nearby.
